Accessibility Arrangements in the Organization
Lightning Core works with volunteer members, beta testers, and community members. We have zero tolerance for discrimination. Disabled people are actively encouraged to participate in all levels of the organization with Lightning Core, doing its best to provide accommodations with a universal design and on a case by case basis as needed. Due to its small size and financial constraints, some accommodations may not be possible. Lightning Core will be honest and open when these barriers occur and will work directly with the disabled people affected on how they want this addressed.
